Broad responsibilities as part of a core team of 20 people reporting directly to the Chairman and owner of the holding company. High level of personal accountability required. Recruited by, and reported, to the Chairman and CEO to undertake all aspects of executive communications and administration; including communications for banking deals with Goldman Sachs & Morgan Stanley.
§ Project Team member for Consolidated Logistics Project; Food Services of America warehouse and DC consolidation from 200 warehouses to 4 major US warehouse.
§ Supply Chain model selection team.
§ Utilized Paradox and Access extensively to create custom databases for 4 SGA subsidiaries comprised of 4,500+ employees; including Food Services of America.
§ Worked collaboratively with the Executive team to create effective and image-enhancing external/internal marketing communications materials (both print and digital).
§ Responsible for organization of all corporate communications, events and high visibility projects.
